OUR STORY

In 2007 Brett Doherty created The Hospitality Collective.  Leveraging his experience as Vice President of Operations and Development with the Patina Restaurant Group and as Director of Operations for Chaya Restaurants, The Hospitality Collective is strengthened and supported by valuable client and business relationships forged over years in the industry.  As principal of The Hospitality Collective, Brett Doherty relies on strategic partnerships with consultation team members and vendor partners.  Utilizing these alliances and taking a hands on approach best serves client needs and creates a culture of professionalism.
